Lotus AP Racing Caliper Seals

These are the pressure seals for the OEM AP Racing 2-pot calipers. Make sure your caliper looks similar to the one pictured for proper fitment.

The road-going dust seals are not required and can be reused or discarded when servicing the calipers. Healthy seals will help to ensure that your caliper pistons slide easily and don't get hung up in the bores.

This is a set of 4 genuine AP Racing pressure seals (as pictured). There are 2 seals per caliper, so this kit is complete for 1 car.

Installation is straight forward. Simply remove your caliper pistons by pumping the pedal until you can remove the pistons by hand. You will see the pressure seal about 1/3 of the way down the bore (further in than the dust seal). Remove the pressure seal with a small screwdriver and replace it with a new one. Leave the dust-seal in place. Loosen the bleed-screw and press the pistons back into the bore. Repeat for all 4 pistons. When completed, thoroughly bleed the system.
